Advertise for workers on new ABGC Job Vacancies Page

With continuing critical labour shortages, the Australian Banana Growers’ Council has launched a new page on the ABGC website for growers to advertise Job Vacancies on their banana farms.

The ABGC will promote the page across a range of platforms, targeting school leavers, university students and other local workers, sharing the benefits of working in the banana industry Australia-wide.

ABGC continues to have discussions with various government representatives to address seasonal workforce issues and hopes a new local jobs push will offer immediate opportunities to fill some vital worker gaps.

To include your farm and the jobs you have available on the Job Vacancies page please email info@abgc.org.au and include;

• Company name
• Jobs available (with a brief description if you would like to add)
• Location of your farm
• Contact name and phone number
• Email addresss
• Company logo and a website link, if you would like these included.
