Australian Bananas is proud to welcome Australian swimming superstar Ariarne Titmus as the ambassador for its fresh, high-energy Back-to-School Swim Pass campaign.
Just as a banana became a gym pass on National Banana Day, this summer Australian Bananas is turning a banana into a Swim Pass, giving Australians free entry to local swimming centres across the country.
For one day only, Wednesday 21 January, around 100 participating swimming centres nationwide will offer free entry to anyone who presents a banana at the gate.
The campaign will be supported by an integrated PR and media rollout, with a website (coming soon) acting as the campaign hub, helping consumers find their nearest participating swim centre.
PR activity will launch from 12 January, building early momentum off the success of National Banana Day and driving awareness ahead of Swim Pass Day.
The campaign will come to life across a fully integrated channel mix, including:
- Online video (YouTube)
- Broadcast and subscription TV (including platforms such as Disney+)
- Out-of-Home panels
- Point-of-sale assets (supplied electronically for in-store printing)
- Earned editorial coverage
- Radio
- Social media
Ariarne will feature across TV, video and social platforms, encouraging Australians to get involved, get swimming and fuel up with Australian bananas.
