Although my role is mostly behind the scenes, it contributes to the work ABGC does for growers every day. By helping keep communication, coordination, and day-to-day systems on track, I help the team stay responsive and focused on practical outcomes for growers, the industry, and the families and communities connected to it.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
My background spans a range of operational, support, and people-focused roles, which has given me a practical, adaptable approach and strong skills in organisation, communication, and coordination. Living and working in remote and regional communities has also given me a strong appreciation for the people, industries, and local networks that help keep small communities strong.
At ABGC, I bring a calm, practical, and team-focused approach to work that supports growers, strengthens banana biosecurity, and contributes to the broader Australian banana industry. I value being part of work that makes a real difference to growers, families, and regional communities.
