Terms and conditions – advertising in Australian Bananas

By submitting an advertisment – article, image, artwork, photograph, graphic, or other material (“Content”) – to Australian Bananas magazine and/or the Australian Banana Growers’ Council (ABGC), the contributor (“Advertiser”) acknowledges and agrees that:

• The Advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, and ownership of all submitted Content.
• The Advertiser confirms that they have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, releases, and consents required for the use and publication of any text, images, photographs, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or third-party content included in the submission.
• The Advertiser warrants that the submitted Content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, intellectual property right, privacy right, or any other legal right of any person or entity.
• The Advertiser consents to their advertisement being published on the ABGC website as part of Australian Bananas magazine.
• The publisher (ABGC) and funding bodies (Hort Innovation, ABGC) accept no liability or responsibility for any claims, disputes, damages, or legal actions arising from submitted Content, including but not limited to copyright infringement, unauthorized image use, defamation, or misuse of third-party materials.
• The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Australian Bananas magazine, the ABGC (including its staff and directors) and Hort Innovation from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the publication of the submitted Content.
• Australian Bananas magazine reserves the right to reject, edit, remove, or decline publication of any submission at its sole discretion.
