01. What is your role within the industry (e.g. grower, COO, banana category manager)? 

I work in supply chain as a Category Manager for Costa Farms, with a focus on connecting production, operations and market outcomes across the supply chain. 

02. What is your background and how did you come to join the ABGC board? 

My professional background is in marketing and supply chain, which gives me a different perspective to bring to the ABGC board. While I do not come from a growing background, I contribute skills in market insight, supply chain efficiency and industry engagement, helping to strengthen the board with expertise from beyond the farm gate. 

03. What key priorities are you focused on as a director? 

My key priorities centre around information sharing, supply chain efficiency and improving operational outcomes in the post-harvest space. I am focused on identifying opportunities that add value across the supply chain and support stronger industry performance. 

04. Why should banana farmers join ABGC? 

ABGC plays an important role in bringing the industry together and creating a platform for growers to collaborate, share knowledge and have a collective voice. By working together, growers can strengthen the industry, improve outcomes across the supply chain and create more value for end users. 

05. What is a fun fact about you? 

I enjoy running, and two of my personal goals are to complete a marathon one day and to still be running well into my 70s.
