The ABGC is aware of the impact flooding and severe weather is having on our northern NSW banana growers. 

We continue to work with the NSW Government in the recovery efforts. 

To ensure our growers needs are addressed in the recovery phase we are seeking feedback about the impacts.

In the past week, the ABGC has attempted to contact as many growers in the region as possible and, so far, feedback suggests that crop damage has been minimal in the majority of cases, however, growers are encouraged to complete and return this grower survey

The information gathered from the survey will be tabled, if required, at the NSW Government’s weekly Regional Flood Recovery sub-committee meetings and for other advocacy efforts.
